Our products use grapeseed oil as main oil carrier, it may stain if it comes in contact with other light colour clothes. Hence, we strongly recommend that you wipe away excessive oil before wearing any light coloured clothing. Otherwise, you may also opt for dark coloured clothes while using our products.
Gentle massages help the absorption of our Facial & Body Oil and Treatment Focus Oil into your skin. However, prevent massaging excessively as it may also cause unnecessary irritation to sensitive skin.
Are Herbbies apothecary skincare products suitable for me?
No product will fit everyone perfectly. Our products have been formulated to be suitable for the average person with sensitive skin, aged 3 years and above. But do keep in mind with the following:
Always perform an arm test for skin allergy before using any skincare product, including Herbbies products.
Herbbies products only contain organic herbs, grapeseed oil, and other plant oil combinations (jojoba oil, aloe oil, avocado oil, and etc.). All our products are 100% vegan and do not contain any animal-sourced ingredients. For further details, each of our product page has the list of full ingredients used in our products.
I am currently pregnant, can I use Herbbies products?
YES, definitely! Our products use only organic and natural herbs with natural oil, herbs, no chemical additives or other artificial ingredients at all. So you can rest assured while using our products during your pregnancy.
I am currently breastfeeding, can I use Herbbies products?
Yes, you can! However, do practice caution, do not apply at the skin area where your baby’s skin is in close proximity (e.g. nipples and breast area where the babies would drink from).
Are Herbbies Products suitable for baby or children?
Unfortunately, we only recommend children aged 3 years old and above to use Herbbies products, as we have not established a solid evidence on the suitability for a young baby’s skin. Not to worry, we will keep everyone updated once we have secured a proper guideline on this.
Which Herbbies product series should I use?
Each series has been formulated for different skin conditions, so in general this is what we recommend if you have the following skin conditions.
CARE series for skin rashes, redness, and irritation.
CALM series for acne treatment and acne scar.
HEAL series for eczema, psoriasis and other fungal viral skin problems.
Apart from that, we also suggest to try using different product series as a hybrid. This is because the apothecary approach highly depends on the body conditions of each person.
In other words, some people might find a particular product series more effective for them, while others might find that a different product series works better.
The best way to find out is simply to try it all!

Can I use Herbbies products together with my usual skincare products?
Yes, of course! Feel free to use Herbbies products together with your usual skincare products.
Still, it would be great if you can take a break from your usual skincare products, just to see how well Herbbies will work.
Switch and stick to Herbbies product for a certain amount of time (let’s say 1-2 months).
You can experience it for yourselves which product is better for your skin conditions, when you stay ‘chemical-free’ for a period of time (we try not to imply that it is Herbbies, but we are pretty sure it will be!).
How should i use this Herbbies 2-step skincare routine?
Step 1 👉After washing your face or taking a shower, apply Facial & Body Oil to your skin. We suggest using it to replace your daily moisturizer or skin lotion, just a few drops (4-6 drops) will do, not too much.
Rub the oil with your palms to heat it up and make it warm, then apply to any affected skin area. Next, you may also gently tap or massage to facilitate the oil absorption.
Step 2 👉Roll on Herbbies Treatment Focus Oil to your acne / eczema / rash area, for a focus treatment. Gently tap using clean fingers, or using the bottle roller to facilitate absorption.

Yes, totally! You can mix and match any product series from the Herbbies Facial & Body Oil and Herbbies Treatment Focus Oil to fit your skin needs.
Will Herbbies Facial & Body Oil and Treatment Oil make my face even oilier?
On the contrary, oil does not make your face oilier!
This is actually a great misunderstanding in the skincare industry. Based on everyone’s experience, and of course from our own experiences, oil helps keep our skin hydrated, and also improves skin tone.
Not to mention making our skin less wrinkly and less oily. Because of this fact, we have then given up using toners (which its content is 99% water) ever since.
However, some oil have larger molecules (e.g. almond oil, coconut oil, and some animal-sourced oil) which might also clog your pores and cause acne. Because it is harder for it to be absorbed by the skin.
Not to worry, here at Herbbies we choose oil types with smaller molecules such as grapeseed oil and jojoba oil (both are our favourites, because they both have done so much amazing things to our skin).
You will definitely see good changes happening to your skin.
How long do Herbbies products take to see the change?
On average, if you keep up the frequency of applying it 2-3 times daily, significant changes to your skin should take around 1-2 months to happen.
However, try not to give your skin a deadline.
Keeping in mind that everyone heals and cures at a different rate, same goes to you!
Be positive, keep up with the habit of appling daily. Changes will start happening!
What payment methods do you receive?
We accept credit cards, paypal, and bank transfer as our payment methods. Just follow the instruction at the payment page.
I don’t have these payment methods, how should I purchase?
You can get the help of your family and friends who have those payment methods (as above mentioned) to make the payment for you.
Do you have any physical store that I can make purchase?

What delivery methods do we use?
We use DHL or Poslaju for deliveries within Malaysia.
For overseas delivery, we use TNT, FedEx, or other couriers that provide their service to that particular country.
How long does it take to deliver?
Normally we will dispatch your parcel the next day after the payment has been confirmed.
For West Malaysia, it typically takes around 2-3 days. East Malaysia, 3-4 days.
For Overseas shipping, it takes around 7-14 days, depending on the distance and custom clearance process of each country.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we do! Just place your order with your shipping details, and we will ship the product straight to your doorstep.
Do you provide free fee?
We provide free shipping within Malaysia region for order with a minimum amount of RM99.
Free shipping to Singapore with a minimum order amount of RM299 (equivalent to SGD99).
Free shipping to Hong Kong and Macao with a minimum order amount of RM399 (equivalent to HKD 759).
For the rest of the world, we provide free shipping for order with a minimum order amount of USD129.
Can I make a refund?

Let us help verify the issue before proceeding with any refunds. This is because we are confident with the integrity and quality of our products, we want you to have the same assurance too.
Under which circumstance I can make refund?
You may make refund if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will need to ship the product to us. Upon inspection of the product condition, we will update and inform you on the refund progress.
Can I return and get another product instead?
Given the nature of our product, we do not allow for any returns or exchanges due to hygienic concerns. Please feel free to chat with us for alternative arrangement instead.
